Return Policy — Monroe Vancouver
This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Overview
We want you to love your Monroe Vancouver purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To start your return, please email us at info@monroevancouver.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us before sending your package back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping fee in full.
All approved returns should be sent to our international fulfillment center located in Asia.
A CA$30 restocking fee per item applies to all returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@monroevancouver.ca with photos of the issue so we can make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current one and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 2–4 business days.
After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take 3–5 additional business days to post the amount to your account.
